Three ways to reach the cedar-shed workshop.
Most messages we receive are short and thoughtful. We answer in the same register. Email is fastest, but the landline is staffed and the postal address is real.
01. By email
Email is the fastest way to reach the workshop. We read mail every workday and reply in under three days when a thoughtful note comes through. For very long messages, please paste the substance into the email body rather than sending a PDF attachment.

02. By phone
The shed has a single landline. It is staffed during Pacific business hours, Monday to Friday. There is no automated menu, so the line either rings through to one of the four of us or to a small answering machine.

03. By post
Mail still arrives at the shed door, and we read it. Postcards from across the country are kept on a small wall behind the bench.

04. What to put in a message
If you are sending feedback about the cedar room itself, the most useful detail is the browser and device you were using when you noticed the issue. If you are sending a question about the legal or privacy notice, please copy the heading you were reading so we can answer in the right register.
05. What we do not answer through this address
We are not able to answer real-money play questions, regulator complaints, or partnership solicitations. CedarEdge is a free social reel page, not an operator, an affiliate, or a clinician's office.
